I watched one of there employees racing down highway 20 this morning swerving in out of traffic very irresponsible behavior I wouldn't want your company driving in my neighbourhood doesn't say a lot about safety for others

No follow-up on quote request. We had to make several calls to be told that they didn't have time to do the work even though it was several months away. Being lied to on the phone is quite a customer experience. I can't even imagine once on the construction site...

Very disappointed in the customer service of this company. They installed a light in our kitchen, it has stopped working (the light itself works, but it is an electrical problem from the wiring) and I’ve called the company to ask for a paid service call. One would assume that they stand by their work, but they absolutely do not care once they have your money I guess. While I understand that they are presently dealing with emergencies due to a storm, instead of telling me straight off the bat that they can't come, for four days straight they told me, “someone will call you back shortly to give you an appointment ”.
