Superb experience for me (because it is possible to attend the treatment) and for my mother's dog.
The groomer managed to calm the dog with her confidence and treats (fresh cheese). I highly recommend.

Brought my little 14 year old "monster" (jack-chi) to have his "nails" trimmed and for the first time ever he didn't fight it! Not a peep! I'm very happy to have discovered Idée Fixe/Nadine. :)

Premier rdv aujourd’hui avec mon petit caniche nerveux et agressif. Après avoir essayé au moins une dizaine de toiletteuses dans le passé, je peux finalement dire que j’ai trouvé la perle rare. Son expérience et son amour pour les animaux est vraiment incomparable! ??
