Efficient, professional, honest, cares about doing a good job and knows his s**t. They don't overcharge, take the time to inform you of your options when it might not be worth fixing and check before doing more work on something they just saw, that's honest, professional, ethical and sadly less common than it should be.Efficace, professionnel, intègre, se souci de bien servir et connaît son affaire. Ils ne surchargent pas, prennent le temps d'explorer et expliquer les options quand ça ne vaut peut-être pas la peine de faire réparer et vous contactent avant d'arranger un problème découvert en chemin, qqch qui devrait être plus commun.

Very good service. I went there to have an anti-heat protective sheet arranged and the gentleman repaired it for me straight away. If you have a Jeep, this is the place to get it repaired.

Only five (5) stars should be Ten.. when i met Kevin 23 Dec 2018 I mentioned had trouble with heat as temp would not climb too op temp he figured thermostat trouble... Kevin said he could see me after he dealt with his customers on the 24th if he had the time.. long story short Kevin was a man of his word and he stayed long enough to change my thermostat and make sure i was taken care of and on the road with trouble fixed.. to this day the car is running well and heat is where it should be driving around in -30c weather.... Kevin will be my go to mechanic while in Lachute area as i come through 4 to 5 times in the summer, as well as 2 to 3 times in winter.. love Laurentians......read full review
