Showed up for a follow up appointment and was told there was nothing in the computer. The two people at the counter really didn’t seem at all concerned that I had been stood up. When I tried to book another appointment I was told they don’t really do that and to go track down the doctor myself in another clinic. The service I had the first time was great but the customer service in Lachine is atrocious.
