I’ve been waiting for a call back to place an order for 2 months now.
The receptionist is very nice and has made efforts to notify the person responsible to call me back however it seems like they’re ignoring all the notes left by her requesting a call back.
We redid our kitchen this winter and we purchased the porcelain for the floor and backsplash from Planchers GSM. We are very happy with our purchases. We were very satisfied with the service received by Ms. Marie-Josée Berthiaume and Sophie Vaillancourt as well as a kind employee named Véronique who sacrificed part of her lunch hour to help us. The service was always provided with a smile, especially the lady at reception, our numerous requests for help were always responded to promptly and courteously, despite the intense traffic at the time as we were coming out of a period of confinement. First visit to GSM flooring to choose our kitchen and bathroom ceramics.We met the GSM floor on July 13.We called on a designer to have clear plans as well as the quantity requested for our renovation project.We provided the plans the day of our meeting and established a choice with Plancher GSM.He had to take care of placing the order and see if it would work with our deadlines and our contractor.The order is supposedly placed and it works with our deadlines for the end of August.August 9, the kitchen ceramics will arrive in December...First disappointment, returns to GSM flooring we choose a new ceramic, in stock, because we must have it quickly.We say to ourselves...read full review
