We redid our kitchen this winter and we purchased the porcelain for the floor and backsplash from Planchers GSM. We are very happy with our purchases. We were very satisfied with the service received by Ms. Marie-Josée Berthiaume and Sophie Vaillancourt as well as a kind employee named Véronique who sacrificed part of her lunch hour to help us. The service was always provided with a smile, especially the lady at reception, our numerous requests for help were always responded to promptly and courteously, despite the intense traffic at the time as we were coming out of a period of confinement. I am delighted with the service and the quality of the products obtained in this business. I had my entire kitchen redone at the beginning of 2020. The designer is great (She knows how to listen and understand needs. She has all the experience necessary to find great solutions. I'm amazed!). I made choices at modest prices and was very well advised on the choice of materials (kitchen cabinets, stone countertops, ceramic floor tiles, backsplash, etc.). With Covid-19 and the lockdown, I have been able to use my kitchen for 3 meals a day for a few months; I haven't found any fault with it yet! Thank you Claudine for this wonderful design. Unbelievable well organized team of professionals! They were not pushy with their sales reps like other companies and you did not feel like just another number. We found everything we were looking for with their help! ?Thanks again GSM we shall see you soon for our next home project.
