Ordered two pairs of glasses, with the delivery promise of two weeks. After a few times calling them, they confirmed I could pickup after 18 days. On pickup day, one pair was good, but for the second one, they built on a wrong frame!
Then they said it would take another 4 days. The delivery date passed and no news yet! Do not go to newlook!
Update: I did send an email to newlook, as they requested, I got no answer. The customer is the last priority for newlook!
I bought new glasses and was told I’d have them in 2 weeks, it took a month. I have had to get my new glasses Rx fixed, I finally got them back after weeks of waiting and then had to bring one back to be fixed.
