Impossible to have after-sales service. Run away !
My system installed for a year has not worked for 1 month. Impossible to reach them, I clearly have the impression of having been fooled. Avoid this company at all costs.
After 3 years, our heat pump is broken... We called, unable to get service to repair it and unable to get a repair elsewhere given the brand...
