Lunetterie New Look provides very good and impeccable service with a warm welcome. The optometrist and optician are professional, friendly, and take the time to ask the right questions for a precise diagnosis. They help choose glasses and accommodate schedules, making everything happen quickly. The shop is nice with hardly any waiting. A note that evening availability can be limited, but the excellent examination service makes it a place customers return to.
I had very good service with Isabelle. Very professional. She helped me choose my glasses and made everything happen quickly because my dog had eaten my only pair of glasses ❤️
Excellent examination service, unfortunately little availability in the evening; hence the missing star. I had to reluctantly end my shift in Chicoutimi in order to have an evening appointment within a “reasonable” time frame. The optician who follows up with me is a real gem, he takes the time to ask the right questions to arrive at a precise diagnosis based on the patient's lifestyle, habits, environment, etc. I will continue to do my exams in Jonquière, hoping for more evening availability in the future ?
It's been 2 times that I've made an appointment for my eye exam at this location and it may not be the last! Let's say it, impeccable service. We take the time to find me a pair of glasses and we accommodate the clinic schedule to my schedule.THANKS! Until next time ?
