There is no alternative provided for people unable to use the Internet or telephone for an appointment, and unable to drive. In both cases, you have to be quick and organized. How I wish my adorable and excellent doctor was elsewhere!!!

I don't understand why the appointment system is still in place! It is a serious lack of judgment to allow such a fiasco to continue for so long. However, it would be so simple to have someone answer the phone: Yes, hello, can I help you? And able to click on an empty box and there you have an appointment Thank you next call...We do not stop progress!

You call to make an appointment and they are not able to give you one!! It tells you to go to the site andWhen you go there it works never seen a clinic so complicated to have an appointment!!? big foolishness!
