I had a heat pump installed last year. I had an appointment quickly and impeccable service. The employees are professional and friendly.The heat pump in question had small problems. Rémi came the same day and often within an hour after receiving my message, even outside of opening hours. To finally change the machine free of charge.I recommend them without a doubt.

Super satisfaite! Notre ancienne thermopompe a brisé, personne ne nous répondais et surtout pas l'installateur... Rémi est le seul qui nous a répondu et ça a été très rapide! On a terminé avec un remplacement de la thermopompe au complet et ce fut super rapide et professionnel! Bien heureuse de vous avoir trouvé, vous êtes une perle!! Merci encore!

I called the installation service twice, for 1 furnace and 2 heat pumps. Extremely happy with their installation team. Clean, very professional installation, on time and they demonstrate very good teamwork.3 years later, I called in the evening (outside normal service hours) because I did not have cold air with 1 heat pump. Rémi helped me over the phone to try out certain possibilities. When that didn't change anything, he told me: I'm sorry. 15 minutes later he was home and fixed the problem very quickly.I am extremely satisfied with their service, and recommend Chauffage RB to people I know (or not?).What are you waiting for, stop reading reviews and call... read full review
