I have a check to deposit and they tell me to go to my bank to have it certified 1 hour of waiting in the void for a refusal that the employee says to have certified even though it was not me who did it mediocre check service the employee certainly does not know how a bank works because they mentioned to me that I cannot have a check certified that is not prescribed by myself

New employee who opens the agency at 9:05 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. without apologizing, her service is poor. Usually this agency is without reproach because the other employees are very friendly and helpful.

Very poor service, the people working at the cash register are rude and poorly mannered. I don't recommend this place at all, they don't know how to take care of the customer.
