Quick customer response, lots of parts in inventory and excellent service. I was surprised that they recognized that the part I needed to change was under warranty and that they took care of everything. I only had to pay the delivery costs. I had ordered the same part at another hardware store a few minutes earlier and it was going to cost me a lot of extra $$$ to have to wait a week. I'm glad I came to see them.
