“Incredible customer service for our part in residential central air conditioning) Called at the last minute for a fairly urgent service call, Kevin took the time to try to direct me on the phone to try to resolve the problem while a technician was released, even though I had never done business there initially (after several unsuccessful calls to competitors who claimed to be emergency specialists!). I was then contacted a few minutes later to inform me that a technician had made room to come to my home. Again, Marc-Antoine was very competent in explaining everything to me step by step, each possibility and eliminating potential problems one by one. After several analyses, he even resolved another problem that I already had and which I had not even mentioned yet was not a priority. In the end everything was done very quickly and my system is now more efficient than before the visit. I was so happy that I wanted to leave a tip and the two did not accept it stating that they were only doing their job. Very nice find for my part, I cannot thank them enough in my personal context for having made a lot of discernment in my situation.<br><br>Thanks again!!“
