Excellent guy full 5 stars. Amazing emergence service he gave in Ottawa while he work in Gatinue most of the time.
He spent more than 3hours on my car and it was late 3am.

Absolutely incredible, responsive, and fairly-priced service. My boyfriend was travelling late at night to see his sick brother in hospital and needed to stop at my place in Hull on his way to Montreal. I was out of town and he did not have a key. I called Serruier Elite and they answered immediately. All they required was proof that I was the renter of the apartment which I was able to send immediately via text to the locksmith. Once my identity was confirmed, the locksmith met my boyfriend at my apartment and had the door unlocked for him within 20 minutes of my initial call.
