A bit late, but this review is really first for Mario, who is the Service Manager at Rallye Mitsubishi and then Mitsubishi overall.
I brought my Outlander in with a faulty transmission, and true to their word and warranty it cost me $0 to get it replaced. A huge thanks to Mario for making the process easy and pain-free. He asked for all my maintenance records and came back promptly with great news. He kept me posted on the progress of the repairs, patiently taking my calls every time, and then returning the car all fixed with big smile.
