I'm not used to giving my opinion on the internet. However, once is not custom! The after-sales service offered by Pro Multi-Saison is DEPLORABLE and PITOYABLE. I have been trying to get the irrigation system purchased last year by the team of this company to "open" for 3 weeks. It was just missed appointments. You are given dates, and no one shows up. We postpone the appointment, no one comes yet. Through this, you take hours off and away from work to accommodate a team that never comes and has no say. We are on the eve of June 1st and my system is still not operational. Plus, no phone follow-up! Absolutely avoid.
