After calling 3-4 places and being told that because I am not a customer that I had to wait 2 weeks (Understandable, heatwave period), the receptionist at Climatisation Charette told me that she was going to ask his technician on the road to call me, which he did. After describing my problem to him, and because luckily I was near his route, he stopped and repaired my air conditioning in 15 minutes that same day, during the 15 minutes when there was a storm (in more!). The guy was very professional. The other companies simply refused me because I wasn't one of their clients, or they gave me an appointment 2 weeks later. Not that they're bad,... read full review

The only one in the region who does not charge $1000 to remove and empty an oil tank but who comes to do an estimate on site, very human in service and attentive to the customer's needs, I loved the service that was faster than lightning. Big THANK YOU to Mr. Jean, you have all my gratitude
