Police use their lights in an emergency.Ambulance use their lights in an emergency.Lafleur de Capitale use their light whenever they want and for no reason.Your drivers go around using their lights for absolutely no reason. Sometimes when they are stopped in traffic.Many people are light sensitive or reactive.I would highly recommend regulating this.FYI every time I see this and a police is nearby, they turn them off immediately. So they know it’s wrong.
