I had an appointment which was time sensitive for the sale of my house. The were a no show and did not call to advise me they weren't coming. They told me they'd call me with a new appointment asap and never called back. I called at the end of day (4pm) and they immediately put me on hold and after 10 minutes they hung up. I called again and they gave me an appointment a week later. Now it is a week later and they are 90 minutes late and counting... to be continued...

I am very disappointed with the level of service from your staff on the road doing pick-ups. Working with your office staff was very good, however, the person who was supposed to do the pick-up yesterday was a no-show. I called the office and left a message. Your staff member called me back at 5:30pm apologizing for this stating that the driver "didn't want to do the pick-up on that day" (not the type of behaviour of someone who wants to keep their job IMO). So we made arrangements for the next day. Again a no show. I called and this time nobody called me back with any sort of explanation even though I called well before closing time. I would not recommend this company.
