There seems to be difficulty getting in touch with the clinic. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to make an appointment, I am experiencing communication problems. Calls are either dropped immediately after the receptionist answers, or the line is disconnected after long waits. This level of customer service is concerning, particularly in the context where accessibility to health care for the clinic's patients is essential.

Phone service is pitiful. The line is rarely open. When it does, reception is not useful. Patient closely monitored by a doctor at the clinic and who is in pain cannot obtain an emergency appointment the same week. The administrative staff at the reception refuse to consult the medical staff, instead recommending that a patient wait in the emergency room rather than consult a nurse. It seems that the time of a nurse and doctor in the clinic is more important than that of an emergency doctor in the hospital.

Unfortunately, I had to wait over 50 minutes on the line before speaking to someone and without having an appointment during the day. I had been calling since 8:30 a.m. and got an answer at 9:56 a.m. On the website the opening time is 8:30 a.m. but I learned that the receptionist takes calls at 9:00 a.m. It would be interesting if their operation could be written on the website (call and online appointment).
