The interaction with reception and other staff was professional and quick. However my husband, who is a licensed mechanic more decades, didn't appreciate that one of the requirements that made my safety fail was not actually a safety issue. Not sure if that was the case but...overall it wasn't a terrible experience.
The woman at the front desk is really helpful. The vehicle failed for two minor issues (a light bulb and a nail in the tire), she called me and got it fixed and retested before I could even arrive.
