Bad experience all around. The hot tub seemed dirty and the massage wasn't the greatest. Do these people know what they're doing?

Booked a 90-minute couple massage. We had gone this place about a year ago, for a 60 minute massage, and remembered it was a nice place, so we wanted to try it again. Terrible experience this time. We only had 65-70 minutes of massage, not 90. When asked about it at the end, the owner said that the massage should be 90 minutes. We told him that's not what we got. We got in at 10h20 (as we should), for an 10h30 appointment. We filled in the paperwork, went to the bathroom, and by the time we got to the massage room, it was 10h30-35. At the end of the massage, after I got dressed (it took a few minutes), I looked at my cellphone, and it was only 11h40. When we explained... read full review
