“We had our kitchen cabinets and draws refaced a few years ago. Everyone that saw the kitchen, just loved it. The only problem we had was with the edges of the microwave shelf, we sometimes would hit our heads on it. Last week I contacted Futuric Kitchens to see if they could round the edges of the shelf. I was passed on to Mike who set up a date and time to come and take a look. He said there was no problem and removed the shelf and took it with him. Only to return a few days later to replace it. It looks great by the way. It came to my attention that Mike is the owner. Not only does Mike own the store but he found time in his busy schedule to come to our house to remove the shelf and then return to replace it, at no cost. Now that is real customer service. I highly recommend Futuric Kitchens!!“
