Again, I had an issue with my car and although it was able to be quickly fixed by my( with them troubleshooting it over the phone) but they were going to try and fit me in even though they are swamped. They are great and honest, helpful ppl. Thanks again :)
I brought my 2012 A3 TDI in for an oil change and to troubleshoot an intermittent starting issue. Rune listened to my description of what I was experiencing, quickly narrowed the possibilities and found an electrical problem. I can't imagine how many times I'd have had to take it into Audi before they'd have found the rusty grounding point that was at fault.
