I had an excellent Spa Experience here. I had the Beauty Spa Treatment. I got a Manicure, a Pedicure and lastly I got a Facial. It was really relaxing. Afterwards, I went to the pool. Which was okay.

I was not satisfied with my experience, mostly because of the poor quality of the pools and hot tubs experience that the hotel offers but the costumer service of Amerispa is impressive. Amerispa contacted me and gave me a fair compensation. I would recommend them.

Hello, we still love this wonderful Hotel, but I have two points to share: the beds are often very soft so when you have back problems it's difficult to have a good night's sleep in them. And if there was a mini soft ice cream counter with service that would be wonderful especially since there is not one nearby and even less within walking distance since the hotel is remote. I miss it every time we stay there. :)
