Good service, courteous and professional and good advice. I went there to make duplicate keys which took just a few moments (the smiling Madam knows that) and left with a purchase of another exclusive product. Without a doubt a company that has been established for several years and has a good reputation, I recommend it without hesitation.
Today I had my best customer experience! I arrived at Serrupro in Drummondville very discouraged, with a broken front door handle straight out of its box... (coming from another company of lower quality, therefore return and order time, imagine without door handle for 1 month!). And Roxanne had the kindness and expertise to repair it for me in just a few seconds! I received a warm welcome and excellent advice as a bonus.
