Today I had my best customer experience! I arrived at Serrupro in Drummondville very discouraged, with a broken front door handle straight out of its box... (coming from another company of lower quality, therefore return and order time, imagine without door handle for 1 month!). And Roxanne had the kindness and expertise to repair it for me in just a few seconds! I received a warm welcome and excellent advice as a bonus. Finally, a well-established local company that cares about people. So before thinkingto change your door handles, think local & don't hesitate to use their services.
