Don't trust negative comments too much!! Excellent service. As I entered, Wildjy welcomed me, polite, well-dressed, followed by the optometrist, same thing and great humor and finishing with Jade, frankly friendly and funny. Oopsss forgot the name of the optician but didn't forget that he is super cool and very professional. Not at all disappointed. Thank you all.?
You deserve more than 5 stars, impeccable service. I already consulted a competitor for a frame and we didn't even take the time to try my lenses on the frames that were in the store. They wanted me to have another eye exam and buy new lenses, knowing that mine are still in very good condition. Luckily, I went to the La vue store (Drummondville), and there, the optician welcomed me and immediately started looking for a frame that could accommodate my lenses. In short, this gesture convinced me to come back next time. Thank you very much Ms. Nancy and Ms. Geneviève.
