I purchased a heat pump in October 2020. I had been advised by Mr. Bourque himself, my house involves 2 floors. I am even more satisfied with his advice, the work of his installation team, as well as the use of this equipment which I believe I benefited the most from last summer with the air conditioning. It's a great technology that ensures a fairly stable temperature throughout the year. Thank you Mr. Bourque and congratulations on your very professional team.

Having worked in customer service for over 15 years, I can say that Bourque Réfrigération excels in its field. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Indeed you will have to recall them, not out of bad faith on their part, but rather due to their popularity. After reading several derogatory comments, I must admit that some people are very harsh towards them. We are in a period of global pandemic... so it is NORMAL that certain processes such as purchasing materials or parts take longer than usual. The staff answers your questions and provides impeccable after-sales service, I had a problem in January 2019 on my electric central forced air furnace, installed on May 29, 2015. they came the same day and we replaced the part defective without fuss or cost (being guaranteed) Thank you Jacinthe and René. As their saying goes "With them there are no problems, there are only solutions" I guarantee and recommend it.
