Noureddine was fast, courteous and knowledgeable.He replaced what needed replacing and fixed the problem quickly.Very polite and cleaned up after the job. He was very professional and honest. 5 stars for Noureddine!I did have a problem with the appointment otherwise I would have given 5 stars. It was delayed for two days before the technician came to do the repair. That was due to them having several emergencies that needed to be taken care of. Since my problem was not urgent, I did not really mind but I was not advised of the delays until I called the following day.I highly recommend this company if you can live with possible delays.Service: Heating system repair

We are very happy with the services provided by R&G Legault. We hired them to repair our old heatpump, and later on put in a new heatpump & electric furnace system. Their customer service, repair technician as well as the entire installation team were all knowledgeable, responsive and courteous throughout the process. All details of our installation requests were noted in the quote and later implemented as planned. They even helped us expedite Quebec government Chauffez Vert grant for this project. We highly recommend this company.
