Just went and saw Jennifer Li who's a practitioner nurse. The receptionist told me that my doctor wasn't available for 1 month and offered her services. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and caring nurse practitioner Li was. She gave me a blood tests prescription, a referral for a specialist and even removed the stitches from a previous surgery that for some reason didn't go away by themselves as they were supposed to. I was impressed at how it could be all done without seeing my doctor. Truly good experience!!

Just a quick message to say how happy I was about the service , the waiting time to meet a Doctor was very reasonable and professional , receptionist was polite and patient for me to find my card , what I like the most of Doctor Daniel Rouette is the time he takes to listen (rare commodity these day) . On an emergency matter I saw Dr Sandrine Rouette same dedication ( I feel it is in their blood )
