Eye exam and reading glasses.An exemplary customer service experience throughout the whole process! Great and warm welcome upon entry from the entire staff . The facilities are bright and super clean. Mrs. Afaf is extremely professional and friendly. She went the extra mile to assist find the right glasses for me. She's very dynamic. I was impressed by her speedy and efficient service.I was assigned for a thorough eye exam by Dr. Hany Abdou. He is absolutely fantastic!. He listened attentively to me. Dr. Nadege Charles is the best ophthalmologist I have ever seen for my eye exam. Very professional, kind and caring. She takes her time with you and explains everything.I needed new glasses.
