Excellent experience with this company - I had new gutters (last year) and a new front door (yesterday) installed, and the service was perfect, from quotation to communication with the scheduler to delivery and installation by two very efficient, friendly professionals. I would do business with them again any time!

Last week we have our basement windows and backdoor installed. The quotation (Patrick)was quick with detailed information. We received the scheduling from the office rep (Christiane) was very nice and informative. The installation team (Eric/ Gerard) arrived on time. They are efficient, meticulous and no mess. They are honest as they informed us the doorknob was a different model and asked us if we were ok with it. I am delighted with my experience; wise advice from Patrick (yes, Patrick, the presence of a door is important), Richard's visit and the careful installation of Eric and Gérard of my 16 new windows according to the promised schedule and to my complete satisfaction. Congratulations to everyone and above all, thank you!! We also used F.A. services to ventilate our attic through the soffits. Once again Éric (and Gérard) made it as if it were their own home. I highly recommend them.
