Tried this company in winter from 2022-23. First, never even gave us their driveways posts. Second, I thought the calling service was cool ie when I need them to clean my driveway, I thought I could call them and they'd come shortly. Did not happen EVER. The only time they came to us was when they came to our nextdoor neighbor and were told, by said neighbor, that we had also given them a contract and that our driveway needed cleaning. All this time, no posts, reason given being "we are behind schedule". We gave 2 cheques, 1 being cashed and the other cancelled by us for negligible service. UNRELIABLE. If you need snow removal to get to work these guys are NOT the company for that. Always excuses to why they have not come. And the icing on the cake they do a half hearted effort when they finally do arrive.

Probably the worst snow removal company in the West Island.We’ve been with this company for 3 years now and every year the service gets worse and worse. This company never pass by to clean up the snow and when we call they always say “we will send someone” and they never show up. It’s the fact that we have to call them in order for them to show up…. The whole point for paying for snow removal is to have the driveway cleaned before we get back home.They are ridiculously expensive for such poor service.When I called them for service Today(April 4th) they claimed our contract ended March 31st.
