These guys are the best! Over the years they have always served me well and went out of their way a few times to times to help me out in emergency. They really impressed me when they honoured an lifetime exhaust guarantee some ten plus years later without issue after I had moved away. Competitive prices and, best of all, trustworthy.

I had the best experience here - I had a flat tire on my rental car which I was due to return the next day. It would have costed me an arm and a leg had I returned the car with the spare tire rather than the original tire.

I showed up to this garage with no appointment and explained the situation and they told me they will have the tire patched up in 20min and will swap the original wheel back into the car.

They did a great job with the tire as well as installing and putting the spare tire back into the trunk. Overall I was very happy with my experience with them - the quality and efficiency was A+

First off, I have to mention that I can be a difficult customer/client for most businesses, as I expect the best and consistency.
I first brought my car to 514 Muffler for it's convenient location and easy customer service.
They took my vehicle, identified and solved the issue in a matter of hours, unlike other shops who could not even gurantee when they could view the vehicle.
This situation raised my expectations regarding auto mechanics.
I've since tested them against other mechaics, challenged their efficiency, and they've come through time and time again.
