I had a hot water tap that was leaking, once the cartridge was dismantled I went to the hardware store to see if I could find the washer to replace but in vain, to Goyer at the service counter, the employee (at dinner time ) was already busy with another customer, a second employee in the back came to greet me and offer his services....he saw my part and immediately said ok it's a Crane cartridge there has O-rings inside it must be replaced completely! He had it in stock and at an affordable price, I reinstalled it and my problem solved for $13. Excellent advisory service, congratulations to this local company!
