I called "Service de Débouchage GDB Inc" in a panic... My sewer was blocked, I was convinced that the problem was with the city. I was so relieved when Ghislain provided me with the necessary proof, which was roots, on the city side, that were blocking my sewer. Ghislain used the appropriate tools to cut the roots and unblock my sewer for the few days before the city could repair the sewer.
