AVOID!!!This contractor chose not to complete the work for fear of not being paid. He left my old hot water tank in the basement and still half full. Cut off the hoses and pipes leading to my water outside making it impossible to use. I paid him quickly and in full to demonstrate my ability to pay. He then told me that he would come and complete it. He put me through his bad mood three times when he was unhappy and invited me during the last call to file a complaint and take him to class.
