Due to a mishap that occurred I am feeling extremely grateful for the owner of the salon who took it upon herself to contact me directly and offered to make the situation better. Despite the unfortunate events that led to the miscommunication, Salon Chatelle is still the best salon in the Chateauguay area as their staff is very welcoming and professional. 10/10!
