I booked an apoitment with Claudia back in October when I had gone she was great… I have since then tried to book with her 3 more times where she has cancelled on me the day of.. when I finally reached out to her asking for an apoitment she then pointed me to someone else who hasn’t even contacted me…Again I asked her for an apoitment saying I’ll take whenever - messaging her twice very nicely not even to receive a response.Very unprofessional and has come to the point of rude.
