My parents have 2 nice cracks in the basement. A 'specialist' came to tour the house from the outside only and told them that it would cost a minimum of $20,000.00 dollars. My parents would have had to move the shed, remove trees and the fence so that the specialist could scrape everything around the house. That's another minimum of 10,000.00 from another contractor. Fissure Fondation Inc. repaired everything for less than 5,000.00. And it's guaranteed for 20 years. Also transferable. So if a Ham tells you he will have to dig all around your house, call Fissure Foundation Inc. before signing anything.
