I've been going there for 8 years, the place is generally quite clean and well maintained. The prices of care/services are reasonable in relation (at class level). Hairdressing employees are, in general, warm, smiling, cheerful and welcoming towards their customers. As for the reception, on the phone or on site, I was always a little disappointed with the approach they had. There are always exceptions, but the ones I saw were unsmiling, patient and pleasant. Maybe I was unlucky, but don't expect anything from them.
