The staff are very polite and patient and explain everything carefully. They do not rush through things with you nor do they force things on you. The dealership is clean and well kept. Great team.

Complimentary car wash is nice even car was not dirty.

Richard of parts department very helpful and knows Lexus parts.
Small not overcrowded waiting area and well equipped with drinks and snacks.

Les départements de vente et de service m'ont toujours donné un bon service chez le concessionnaire à Brossard. Mais cette fois-ci, le département de service a vraiment brillé. Service courtois et rapide. De plus, mon auto m'est revenue avec une apparence neuve. Ce fut un plaisir faire affaire avec la personne qui m'a servi. Je recommande fortement ce concessionnaire.
