Had issues with my new Mac mini and Nash was super helpful and nice! I still don't know if the problem was fixed (fingers crossed) but Nash was as helpful as someone can be and tried hard. Great service!
Had to wait almost 2 hours in the store to get an appointment. When they did send me a text and I didn’t see it because I was playing on my phone. They made me wait another 10 minutes for making me waste their time ironic. The gentleman did help me he was fix the problem right away either more, so there’s more two or more stores
I went to the store today for my Apple Watch which was broken, they took great care of me and gave ALL my options without just wanting to sell me a new one. The employee who served me was not at all focused on it being sold a thousand times grateful for my visit to the apple!!
