I purchased a new heat pump from Climatisation Nouvelle Ère at the beginning of September 2022. It is a dual zone system – one exterior compressor with two interior heads. I am completely pleased with the excellent work done by Claude (the owner) and the two installers – Charles and Sebastien. Figuring out how and where to set up the system in my house was difficult and complex; there are no ideal locations, and some thoughtful creativity was required.
