Very disappointed with the service.Request for quote, wait 5 weeks instead of 3, only to be told in the end that without plans from an architect they won't do them. They could have notified me from the start. I turned to another company and strangely they responded within 24 hours without needing to provide an architect's plan. In the end, very happy with the bad service because I had better elsewhere!
I ask for a quote for roof trusses, I am told ''we don't have any here'' and go and fill out a request on the website, ok also well say it directly we don't want any more orders.
Real nonsense. Order signed in January 2023 for a project in April. Our representative told us to call back 1 month before the delivery date to validate everything. That's what we did. He tells us that the trusts could not be delivered before July in the end. It delays us enormously in our project and we have no choice to go elsewhere because they are not able to respect a signed contract.
