“After several hours of research to find the best metal roof and the best roofer to install it, I chose the Metstar product and Les Toitures Distinction.We signed an agreement in July 2019 and I made the required deposit. On the other hand, my request for a permit from the municipality was refused because the product was not authorized by the Urban Planning Regulations.Toitures Distinction then agreed to terminate the contract and my deposit was returned to me in the days that followed.I then submitted a request for a minor exemption which was accepted in October.I reconnected with Toitures Distinction in April and the work began last May.Pascal and his team, mainly made up of Gaétan and Bruno, got to work.A professional and polite team. Every evening they left a clean site which is very appreciated. We were even a little sad to see them leave once the job was done.I know nothing about roofing but they seemed to me to work very meticulously and with attention to detail and a job well done. I would even say artisan work.And what about the administrative assistant Ariane Courtemanche... always smiling, efficient and attentive.Only positive.
