Rude receptionist, wrinkled clothes, unevenly cropped pants…I returned my new pants which were unevenly shortened by the seamstress. One leg was longer than the other. When I came back to pick it up, it was still just as uneven. No adjustments had been made. I strongly advise against.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

They made me pay for shoes I sent in to get cleaned that they didn’t even clean There was gum on the bottom of the shoe and I picked them up the same way I dropped them off. Brand new shoes and then they tied the shoelaces so tight that they bent the tongue on the shoe. And then they didn’t even want to give me my receipt and charged me $45 for service not even rendered. Terrible customer service.
