Superb trial lesson, I am thinking of coming to do lessons occasionally at this studio which has the added value of new machines which offer an even richer lesson structure. In my case, summer hours were not ideal but it depends on each person.

Great place +++. Now: I no longer have any embarrassment about picking things up from the ground in public when I drop them. When I pick up my things, the focus is more on my flexibility and the smoothness of picking up rather than on myBad luck.THANKS !

A pillâtes studio with equipment, well equipped, and above all, very professional and attentive instructors. Despite the 30 kilometers that separate the Studio from my residence, I have been going there religiously for several years. I recommend without reservation.
