Polite staff and fast service. However, the technician came away telling me that the heat pump was working very well and that there was no shortage of gas. However, the problem was still present. The heat pump is struggling to keep the temperature stable. I had to call in another company and the problem is now resolved: the heat pump was stopping prematurely because it was running out of gas. So, incompetence or diagnostic error on the part of Trans air conditioning?

Very good service, from sales to after-sales.
First of all, thank you to Martin Provost who provided good advice, and always very responsive, to respond to our needs and questions, as well as to bridge the gap with his colleagues. Then, the heat pump installation work was done well and quickly. However, the finish left something to be desired in my eyes, but Tran provided after-sales service, thanks to a clean, careful adjustment from Sasha; so thanks again to him!
I therefore recommend Tran Climatisation, and will continue to do business with them in the future.
