Last month we had an emergency water infiltration issue. We were in a panic and had zero contacts for a roofer. We came across this company and asked them to come for an inspection and a quote. Within an hour, Dominic Brodeur, the owner, shows up with one of his guys. They inspect our roof, immediately know the issue and quote us on the spot. They completely removed the old rotten area of our roof and meticulously corrected the issues and made it look seamless. I called Toiture S2 inc yesterday morning because there had been water infiltration in our attic a few days before and we had to find out where it was coming from! It was Dominic Brodeur, the owner, who responded to me in a very jovial tone and who offered to come see the problem the same day, around 3 p.m.He was there on time, he immediately saw the problem and he explained clearly to me what was causing it! It was a defective sealant! The sealants usually used are water-based and work a lot due to bad weather; they are not guaranteed for 25 years.
